Infinite Campus Parent Account Instructions

When editing /adding contact emails and phone numbers, please do not click the “Private” button - this prevents our messaging system from sending to those numbers/emails.
There is no generic UCPS activation code. It is a unique activation code that is sent to the email you used in setting up your account.
In Step 6, when you click “New User” you are meant to create your own username and password.
After Step 6, when the system asks you to add a security email, and then asks for a campus password, it means the password you created and used in Step 6. It does not mean there is a MRHS Campus password, it is referring to your (infinite) Campus password.
Student Sign On - returning students can log into NCEdCloud using the same user name and password that they used last year - no changes to that information. The icon for Infinite Campus is a blue square with the initials NCSIS.
- If you receive errors regarding guardianship, or other errors that can’t be solved by following the above steps, please email MRHS@ucps.k12.nc.us and include your name, contact number , your student's name and the specific error you are receiving.
Announcements from the District
Explore teaching and non-teaching positions at the 2026 UCPS Career Fair. We are looking to hire exceptional children's teachers, secondary math and science teachers, school counselors, teacher assistants and CTE teachers (welding, carpentry, drafting, business, robotics, health science, etc.).

- Time: 9-11 a.m.
Union County Public Schools will hold graduations in May and June. All traditional high school graduations will be livestreamed on the school’s YouTube page for public viewing.
In the event of severe weather, rain dates have been set to reschedule ceremonies. Principals will communicate directly to seniors and their families if the date of their graduation is changed.
Union County Public Schools uses PaySchools Central for school meal payments (replaced K-12 Payment Center). Parents will need their child’s Infinite Campus student ID number to register for PaySchools Central and complete a free and reduced meal application.
